Becca Conner’s passion for fitness and wellness began as a child, watching her mom run her own wellness company and attend as a presenter/educator at well known fitness conventions around the US. Becca started in the fitness industry in 2007 as a Group Fitness Instructor and then as a Personal Trainer. Her Pilates journey began after taking her very first class as a client, but she was hooked and never looked back. Since 2014, she has earned many certifications that have fueled her knowledge to teach at local Pilates studios around town.
Becca’s love for Pilates comes through in her classes and she cannot wait to continue helping others feel the power of Pilates through healthy movement and flows.
