Eva grew up along the Jersey Shore surfing and playing lacrosse for 12 years. Throughout her athletic career she suffered a back injury and her doctors recommended Pilates as a form of rehabilitation. Ultimately Eva was inspired to become a certified Pilates instructor through Balanced Body. It was through slow intentional movement that she was able to appreciate movement and build long-lasting muscle. On her days off you can find her with her German Shepherd watching true crime and teaching hot sculpt classes in Dallas.
